Our daycare centers are open daily from 07.45am to 06.30pm.
The teachers appreciate that you bring in your child(ren) between 07.45am and 09.30am, this because of the dayprogramm that starts from 09.30am.
In principle, you can pick up your child(ren) from 4.30pm.
In the case you want to pick up your child(ren) earlier, you can notify the teacher, in order to take this into account with eventual walks or excursions.
Our Afterschool Care is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1.00pm to 6.30pm and on Wednesday from 11am to 6.30pm.
During schoolholidays and studydays, we are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm.
In the latter case, at least 5 kids should be applied for.
To terminate the contract is possible through letter by post or email.
The term of ending the contract is one month, starting at the first day of the next month.
We hope of course that, whenever you have a complaint, you will notify the management.

You have to make your complaint by written notice. You have to make the complaint within a period of 2 months after the emergence of the complaint.
